Quite a few on here complain hard to get away tickets always go to an elite group of long term season ticket card holders. Well there are 90 tickets still on general sale for Bournemouth away after quite a while on general sale. So here is the opportunity for any fan with an account to get the difficult away tickets for an upcoming big game.

I am now going after deciding to get a very early train from London and having a full day there. I can understand why this is unusually not sold out. The most inaccessible ground travel wise on a Bank Holiday in which the place will be rammed with day trippers and a 640 mile round trip for most and it’s also on TV live.

I live near Portsmouth and still ain't bought one. Yet went to Millwall and Peterborough. Go figure 😂

I would have gone had it not been on TV. Just the hassle of bank holiday weekend.

Although I wish they would sellout. I keep looking and thinking 'I really should go'.

do it! the traffic is fine if you are sensible with your travel times, or take a different route (a35 rather than a31), or if u r rich get a train

I may do. Stop tempting me 😂

I will if I can persuade the missues to a dayout. To be fair the train isn't that bad. I think it was around £21 anytime day return (with rail card).

any old codgers who appreciate good beer & friendly ambience, look fwd to maybe saying hello in the firkin shed pub, open from 12 (not a lagery venue)

Bank holiday isn't all bad - everything will be open and more to do, before and after the game. It is a approx 330 round mile trip for me, not close. I went to Bournemouth's ground back in 1987 I don't remember it being close to tourist attractions, although they can jam up roads on the outskirts in.

I am also going to my first game in 2 years as I live in Dorset, so this is local for me.

Cannot bloody wait, here's hoping it is a Good Friday :)

If you live in the west country then you are probably coming in from the better direction.

From the East not so good. The M27/ A 31 will be stacked back miles from 9 am on Good Friday. Bournemouth will be a magnet that day. I know from personal experience going down to Dorset.

Hence why Im only doing this on the train.
