Watched the final episode of season 4 last night and I’ve got to say it’s one of the best episodes of television I’ve ever seen. The slow burning spiralling up to the confusion is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I’m so glad the Russian plot line finally came to fruition and don’t get me started on Eddie playing Master of Puppets. That will go down as one of the most iconic music scenes in TV history.

I think Stranger Things is comfortably the best thing on TV at the moment, and one of the best shows I’ve seen. It’s just a shame season 5 is the last season.

They are doing a spin off but it won't feature any of the characters and it's a completely new direction. It's intriguing that's for sure as spin offs can be 50/50. For every Better Call Saul there is a How I Met Your Father.

I don’t disagree that hopper’s story needed a resolution, but a lot of that storyline could’ve been wrapped up more succinctly.

Watched the final episode last night, was absolutely hooked, can’t believe we have to wait another two years now after such a long wait for season 4.

My only gripe was the ‘two days later’ at the end… would’ve like to have seen more reaction to the whole ‘earthquake’ thing.

You just know from the way he looked in the 48 hours later scenes that Dustin will come back for season 5 with a proper hair metal cut in tribute to Eddie. And I am absolutely 100% on board with it

We watched the last one last night and my wife said "Oh **** sake we have another series?? Couldn't they have just finished with this one?" I kind of agree with her... was a big long and drawn out (all of series 4)

I’m disgusted Eddie was killed off

How exactly would they get around not killing him off? Does he live in the upside down for the rest of his life? Or return to Hawkins and spend the rest of his life in prison for the "ritualistic murders"? Killing him off as a hero was the only way out unfortunately. Besides, I fully expect him to feature in season 5, probably in flashbacks with Dustin as some sort of spirit guide

No problem. I tell everyy I know with Prime to watch Wayne. Some forget but all those who do think it's brilliant and it is.
Cannot believe it did not get a second series.
