Straw poll

Retired. but might look for a part time job if this weather doesn't improve soon, as was hoping to spend the summer kicking back in the garden in my shorts (n)

If I wasn't on long term sick it would be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (and then rest) sat alone in my spare room. Better than up to 6 hours both ways to silver link, maybe.

Just out of interest for those of you working from home….do you find yourselves more productive WFH are there more or less distractions compared to an office environment?

More productive for me.

Too much office politics was going on for my liking before COVID. Crap music played obnoxiously loud on a speaker, forcing you to put your headphones in to drown it out. Managers/Team Leaders spending hours sat gossiping on the table next to you, but would pull someone up if they were making too many hot drinks or chatting to someone sat next to them. Pointless meetings taking whole teams off the floor for something that could've been sent in an email. Putting on a front when someone important was coming into the building.

I was on the verge of leaving as it was really getting to me, coming home with banging headaches and complaining about everything. That all changed as soon as WFH got going.

I tend to work in blocks now of really focusing on work and getting large chunks done in 2 or 3 hours, this would be dragged out across a full day in the office. I then get to spend longer doing my own thing.

If you take the p!ss, you will be easily found out.

WFH quite a bit.

Not good for my health though with all those trips to the fridge for cheese.
