I don’t have a season ticket anymore as I live in Vietnam but I’m home for 2 weeks at the start of February for the first time in years.
I am absolutely desperate to get a ticket and feel the sensation of getting to the ground and seeing the pitch.
Do I have any chance at all of getting a ticket or am I pi$$ing in the wind?
It’ll be two more years until I get chance to see us play again. Have they made it to general sale at all?

No mention of Sunderland going to general sake, but we have Bristol city at home on the 10th of February with plenty available.
Are you registered to the boro site and have you had an account for a number of years? If so phone the ticket office or email and you may get ticket. They is a 2 point priority restriction on ticket sales online to try stop sunderland fans getting into our home end. Alternatively create an account and buy a ticket for Bristiol City if you can make that game and they you'll have 3 priority points to buy ticket for the Sunderland game

I suspect they only sell tickets online for this game to people who have a previous buying history. If you call them I’m sure you’ll be ok.

I'm in Milan on a stag-do that weekend (one of the reasons I'm coming home) otherwise it would be a no brainer.
I think an old mate/colleague who I've been meaning to catch up with and used to go to the game with is gonna try and help me out with it.
If nothing comes to fruition I'll call the club because I've had my account for ages and spend a tenner most weeks to watch us, hopefully they'll be sound.

If you're worried, you can always buy that MyBoro thing, on the ticketing website. It's £15 and it gives you 10 priority points straight away and gets you £1 off home matches aswell.

A great bloke who I used to work with got me a ticket and it then turned out my family were winding me up and had tickets for me, my dad and my cousin and uncle to go together like we did when I was a kid. First time the four of us have been together since I was 14. Really excited.
Guy, if you’re posting on here. Thank you mate, really appreciate what you did with the first ticket.
