Disgraceful, peeing 'al fresco' is one of the great joys in life and our right to do so must be defended at all costs. I taught both my sons this and they upheld this right from an early age which is why they were both nabbed at primary school peeing on someone's back fence on the school field ............ much to Mrs Chickenrunner's eternal shame.

There are wheelie bins set into that embankment, so if it is classed as litter, then just need to pee into the bin, problem sorted all above board.
