Tallest and smallest Boro players

Early 70s the Gazette announced a 'big signing' who turned out to be a very tall lad from Scarborough. Can't think of the name, and pretty sure he didn't make the first team but he must have been the tallest on the clubs books at least until Flint.

He was called John Riby,his family moved to Billingham around that time from Scarborough,his younger brother Mike took my place on our school football team, he was also very good I must add.
