4-2-3-1...
Seeing as we don't have a defensive midfielder on the books, maybe we oughtta go for a posession based style instead.....
Crooks drops out as he's another Wing, pub player who can get you goals.....

Lumley, Howson, Bola, Fry, McNair, Siliki, Payero, Watmore, Tav, Hernandez, Sporar....

Crooks, Jones, Uche & Hall etc decent cover on the bench....

But I’d be well tempted to play Uche up top with Sporar, Jones and Hernandez wide, and see what we can do:

I don’t mind Hall but if McNair is 100% we need a bit more pace at the back given how quick Reading‘s forwards are. Hopefully the pace of Tav and Jones can cause them some problems.
 
I hope that they have managed to get a plentiful supply of diesel for the bus Warnock will be intent on parking.

I think TC might have the team as above.

I also hope NW remembers to get all the lads down for breakfast. He forgot at Coventry.

Going to be a tough game. I'd be happy with a draw given our current state of dissaray.

4-3-3 against Reading I feel — wingback system has totally failed — if McNair is back as well as Bola then we have to revert to a flat back four
