We have 1 home game in the next batch (QPR 02 September). And 3 away games (West Brom - 26 Aug, Blackburn - 16 Sept & Sheff Wed - 19 Sept).

Hopefully the QPR home game isn't seen as 'attractive' for Sky...

There's their get out clause straight away!

Last year they were pretty good actually. Most announcements came before the deadline.

Year before that was a disgrace though.

If they stick to the schedule then for the trip to Plymouth we will have at least 7 weeks notice of any changes.

It is possible Boro might have asked for this to be played on the Saturday - the club has 2 or 3 picks a year for fixture dates. The last time we played Plymouth in the League was probably the last time supporter reps were able to intervene after the fixtures were selected to ensure that as many as possible of the long distance Championship games were held over weekends - Newcastle. Sunderland and Middlesbrough were all in the division. Unfortunately a Bank Holiday Monday counted as a weekend.

Sick of the sky schedule, in Germany they select the games for the first 10 weeks or so straight away, then another big block later on .
That is all 3 divisions, not just the Bundesliga.
We should do the same - all this drip feed of 2 or 3 weeks is b***ks.
This is coming next year. All games from the start of the season to the FA Cup 3rd round in January will be confirmed before the season starts, then we'll have "increased notice" for games after that

If either club have asked for a game to be played on a particular day, then yes. But clubs can only pick 2 or is it 3 games a season.
How do we find which ones they are Rob, and can fan representatives encourage the club to pick at least one particular match which benefits travelling fans.
