Everything is good to go. Just need to prep the beer lines and the kitchen prep this week coming up.

I imagine it's quite a big job to clean and prepare for re-opening after such a lengthy time Randy. I imagine if the place has been largely empty beasties will start to squat too.

We've been doing takeouts Friday, Saturday and Sunday so the kitchen is in working order and I believe the lines for the cellar have been cleaned as per normal anyways so no problems there. It'll be cleaning the empty fridges, deep clean of ovens etc starting from a clean slate as it were.
