The 9am figures not disclosed yet?

And still people believe that this government are doing the best they can.

Words just fail me.
They got brexitdun.

That's al that matters to some people.

Although, to play devils advocate: did the incompetence and idiocy of letting flights from India in actually help us in the long run?

Just a thought but the delta variant is highly prolific, it is unthinkable that it won't spread to the rest of the world. Maybe we just have a head start on getting the wave and it finally dying down? We saw it with the alpha variant, it ripped through this country in the early months of this year. when it finally made it to Europe they saw rises as ur figures were going down. Maybe we are ahead of the curve?

The counterpoint to that of course is if we had delayed the delta variant entering the country (and we could have) then by the time it did arrive we'd have a lot more people double vaccinated

More 1st doses than 2nd.

I think that's the first time for a while.

Still not convinced that ratio is the right way to go 🤔

There does seem to be an issue with the pace of 2nd jabs recently. I know they're not waiting the full 12 weeks for most people but, if you compare the number of 2nd jabs over the past fortnight with the number of 1st jabs conducted 12 weeks previously, there's a difference of almost 2 million.
