So, I’m sorry but they ring them up at 5 AM and say you are getting picked up in 20 minutes. Twenty of them waking up, using a few bathrooms, having their breakfasts and looking like models in 20 minutes. They can’t even crack an egg between them!
 
It’s *****. The whole format is stale and it needs binning. Surprised it’s lasted this long.
 
I used to enjoy it years back but the Ego’s and level of stupidity became way too much in the end. Seemed to get worse each year (or maybe a sign of me getting old).

It’s an absolute cringe fest.
 
I’ve seen interviews/Q&A with past contestants who all seem to confirm that the wake up times of 4/5am are actually correct.

I do like watching it, however it’s very predictable:
Step 1. Lord sugar introduces challenge, contestants stand like nodding dogs smiling like they can’t wait to take on the challenge.
Step 2. 40 minutes of Karen and Tim shaking their head at every decision made. Surely they must make some good decisions?! Never seem to show any good decisions or feedback.
Step 3/4. Lord Sugar slating everyone in the board room and firing someone each week.
Step 5/finale. Lord sugar then invests £100k in to somebody previously slated.
 
I have to say I love it. The contrast between the ridiculous way they big themselves up and how rubbish they then turn out to be never fails to make me laugh. That episode in the last series where they invented a moisturiser that actually turned your skin green...

I stop watching it when they get to the final five or whatever it is because they start to take the candidates seriously at that point and that's not what I watch it for.
 
Seems to be business plan has an unspoken bearing on who stays and goes too.

I’ve started watching series 1 again and it seems a better format.
