That harmless robot delivering your Parmo has friends you don't want to be messing withIt is going to happen eventually all over .. this and similar when they work everything out .. what I don't understand though with these little 6 wheeler things is how do they think they are just going to set them on their way and not have little scroats boot them over, smash them up and force them open?
I mean - they'll be prime targets for a kicking!

We’ve had them near us for quite a while now, delivering for Asda and Co-op. After the first day there doesn’t appear to have been any issues (kids riding them outside of their school on day 1!), albeit I do see a fair few of them stuck at busy junctions when it’s rush hour.Visiting my daughter in Manchester.
Little 6 wheeler cooler boxes with antenna waiting at the junction "meals on 6 Wheels" . If this works then we TRULEY ARE F*****.
They've been in use for years now, since before lockdown. They've got 12 onboard cameras, two-way audio, gps location, sirens and are built pretty sturdy. Rarely anything of actual value in them and usually monitored. It is going to happen eventually all over .. this and similar when they work everything out .. what I don't understand though with these little 6 wheeler things is how do they think they are just going to set them on their way and not have little scroats boot them over, smash them up and force them open?

We have them all over towns in the South. Nobody bothers them and you occasionally see someone help them out of they get stuck. My daughter lives to see them.It is going to happen eventually all over .. this and similar when they work everything out .. what I don't understand though with these little 6 wheeler things is how do they think they are just going to set them on their way and not have little scroats boot them over, smash them up and force them open?

No doubt these things are the future but I just can't imagine them not being interfered with or vandalised in deprived areas. You only have to look at what was happening with the Mobikes in Newcastle and how many of them got dumped into the Tyne, etc.We have them all over towns in the South. I think the main difference, certainly at the minute is because they are fairly rare, they are fun to see.No doubt these things are the future but I just can't imagine them not being interfered with or vandalised in deprived areas. I think companies using them will have to be prepared to lose a few before the scrotes get tired of them.

I've not actually seen any yet. Such a cool use of modern tech. I wonder whether I'll get a drone delivery first?Went to Northampton vs Forest Green Rovers last year and they were all over Northampton. Couldn't believe my eyes at first.
Looks like a Big Trak (one for the kids there ) - hopefully it works better than they did!It is going to happen eventually all over .. this and similar when they work everything out .. what I don't understand though with these little 6 wheeler things is how do they think they are just going to set them on their way and not have little scroats boot them over, smash them up and force them open?

They are probably so cheap supermarkets don't care if they loose one or two to vandals. I believe they are equipped with recording equipment so any interference is filmed. They are also monitored. In Woburn a guy picked one up that had 1 wheel of the kirb and lifted it back onto the kirb and it said Thankyou. I assume someone was monitoring it.
