i liked Harold Fry very much but the Last Bus I thought was poor. I am not a fan of Timothy Spall as I think he over eggs the "grumpy" and I was irritated by the continuity of the locations. Given that the film was supposed to finish in Land End (the whole essence of the film) it clearly wasn't shot there.

The wife and I sat and watched 'The Miracle Club' starring Laura Linney, Kathy Bates, Maggie Smith, Agnes O'Casey and Mark O'Halloran.

It is a delightful comedy drama along the lines of the films mentioned above about a group of friends from a small Irish community making a pilgrim to Lourdes. Kathy Bates and Maggie Smith are brilliant in it.
