We've been ok on the ball but look like we have absolutely no clue how we want to go about threatening their goal, we pass it sideways because nothing is ever open for us to play it forward or we don't have players with the ability to play the pass.

Defensively Millwall have hardly been forward but every time they do they look like scoring. We've dominated the ball and yet it could easily be 3-0.

Crooks seems to of lost the ability to pass the ball 10 yards to a team mate.

One thing that keeps bugging me about the way we defend and it must be something they're told to do is that Fry keeps flying out of the middle of the defence to close down a man in midfield. I get that every time he's done it, it has been Voglsammer so probably his man but it's leaving a huge gap in the centre of the back 3 for opponents to run into, it's almost cost us twice in that one half.

Why is the midfield not doing that? The back 3 should be keeping their shape and if anyone leaves the structure it should be the wide centre backs not the middle one, that just causes absolute chaos.

As I said it has to be part of the plan because we do it consistently but it makes no sense to me.
