Week in week out he’s playing the same tactics and we look absolutely woeful, 1-0 down and brings off a striker instead of going with 2 at the front

And stands there on the sideline looking worried biting his nails. I can't see him being an inspiration to anyone. Can't see him lasting now.

Just got to have a bit of patience at this point. So many new players to bed in but I think it will be ok when they do. Something must be up with McGree, though - I can't understand why we'd drop him for Silvera/ Rogers.
