Our players just don't use their brains when they get into position for a final ball or a shot. The decision making is terrible. And so many of our final passes are straight to the feet of a defender or harmlessly through to the keeper.

Burgzorg works hard, but doesn't seem to have the quality - and he's definitely selfish.
