The board is certainly not weakened by them being missing.
Loads of upbeat threads and posts and lots of support for the team and manager.

I hope they both return, the board is so full of many different characters who bring different things to the board which B_L & Nobby add to that too

The only interesting things Boro_Legend said were copied and pasted from other people.
 
Didn't realise they had gone, I've had them on "ignore" for months.

Nobby is still around, isn't he? Just hasn't been posting that much recently. I found it pretty unpleasant the way that BL was hounded off the board to be honest but that was admin's decision to make not mine. I thought he was harmless and it wasn't difficult to avoid his threads if you didn't like the bloke.

At the end of the day they didn't do anybody any harm & as someone mentioned, the ignore button is there for a reason

I still don't think that Nobby and BL are the same person. Although a lot of posters seem to think that I'm Nobby and BL too which is pretty bizarre. I've never posted a transfer rumour on here. so I have no idea why some people think that. I think Nobby just humoured BL in the same way that I did. You have no idea who you're talking to on a message board. BL could have been some snotty nosed kid or someone with some communication issues or somebody who wasn't typing in his first language so I always just tried to be civil with the bloke.

Thing is, you're talking about 3 different personalities here, you have to be on the ball to keep each one seperate & as they say on here, not to let the mask slip

I would never have put either together, let alone the 3 posters

I like to think that I post in a pretty distinctive way but at various times on here and on the old board I've been accused of being Nobby, Boro Legend, Epiphany Proudfoot, Smalltown and several others that I can't even remember. Seems to be a strange tactic that some people use when more than one person disagrees with them. They just accuse posters of being all the same person using multiple accounts. Even yourself and Laughing have suggested that I might be Dennis Wick and his dog Pollly on a previous thread. And I'm definitely not. I like Nobby. His silliness amuses me. I hope that he starts posting again soon.
