When unbeaten & 2nd division leaders Burnley arrived at AP

Burnley took an early lead, when after 22 minutes Martin Dobson scored for the visitors, just over the half hour mark David Mills equalised when netting his 3rd league goal of the season, half time whistle blew with Boro holding their own against the leaders

2nd half the Boro stamped their authority on the game when going in to a two goal lead when 1st, Eric McMordie scored his 2nd goal of the season & his last at AP & penultimate Boro goal, then Mr Middlesbrough, big John put the game beyond doubt, or so we thought, when netting our 3rd goal when John's goal, doubling his tally for the season, though, it was his 1st home goal of the season

Burnley had other ideas about surrendering their unbeaten record when on the final 10 they scored two to force a draw
Probably my 1st I'm gutted we didn't win that against the league leaders monent, as a 11 year old stood in the boysend with my younger brother & dad in the Bob end seperated by a wall

My first game was v Liverpool at home, and we got beat 0-1

I was totally gutted that we lost, more so that we didn't score :cautious:

First game is like losing your virginity - you will never forget it so you can only hope it will be a good experience!
