If you ever look at other clubs’ message boards then you will appreciate the informed detailed analysis of players and matches, the general absence of abuse in comments and the caring advice for people suffering on this board. It’s a far high standard than most and we should be proud of ourselves.

I don't really look at other boards, maybe I should.

Most people are respectful on here and happy to give any advice they can. Why shouldn't they be.

The test is when people disagree on something, but I think its still possible to respect someone with a difference of opinion, especially when they can explain why they think they do. Its OK to agree to disagree even after a series of over to you posts.

Most posters sus the Trolls out and the odd poster who is always angry and looking for targets.

I have say this place is one hell of a place of good souls. I've gone through utter darkness but people here are just amazing. To meet strangers for a coffee and zero prejudice is amazing. Rob and Alan, you both put me outside my comfort zone to meet up but I don't know what I want to say now apart from, thank you.

I've certainly enjoyed the banter and interesting stuff in the last 15 odd years, never really looked at other boards much, once or twice but not as friendly as the mooners 👍
