This is a very hard thread to write

Sorry to hear the bad news Viv. Rest up and try to keep your chin up. You're in the best possible hands right now and they will look after you.

Best wishes (y)

What a scary time for you Viv...but you're in the best place. Very similar story to my mam...that was over 20 year ago and she's still about and as agile as ever at 69. Take time, listen to the medical advice.....you've got this!!

Blimey mate I'm so shocked to hear about this and I can't imagine the worry this must be causing you and your family.

Wishing you a very speedy recovery Viv. If you need anything or even just want to shoot the shyte, I'm working only a short train ride away in north London bud

Best wishes Viv, do as the doctors order, none of this "I know better" lark that some people think is a way to recovery 😁
I've been in the hands of the NHS (not heart related though) for the past 3 years myself and they've been brilliant. Sure they'll sort you out.

What a shock for you and your family. As already mentioned rest, recuperate and let the experts do their thing. Let them know of any twinges or discomfort. The angiogram will let them know exactly what if any interventions need doing. If your unsure of anything ask and ask again they will explain.

Oh I’m really sorry to hear this VIV. I Echo the thoughts of everyone else. You will get through this. Stay positive. Here on DM if you need a chat at any point.

Take care mate. They’ve diagnosed and got you safely in their care now.
You’ll be okay mate

Very best wishes Viv. I can imagine how hard it. must have been but now you know you and they can start to put things right

All the very best to you Viv. I hope you’ve had a restful night and that you are soon on the road to recovery. As others have noted, you’re in the best place and you have the support of folk on here to help pull you through. UTB.
