No one is saying that you're going to immediately go out and shoot someone.

But what it does is desensitise society to violence and makes it more acceptable consciously and sub-consciously. Which in the wrong people and in the long run leads to more violence committed.

how do people like him get elected to Parliament? it HAS to be the colour of his rosette ...he comes across as another Tory clown...fits in well with the current crop

Because most people think they're voting for "Boris" rather than the local MP, and give little thought to who actually represents them but instead who will be the PM.

Yep. Just like that. People who think violence isn't influenced by environmental factors, how strange.
 
Maybe this MP has a point. I wonder what crimes he has been drawn to?

Moonlighting?
Tax evasion?
Drowning a few migrants?

Jodie Whittaker has a lot to answer for.

The vast majority think this way. Look on here at the retorts to Smalltown on any Brexit thread: "you voted for Boris", "you voted to get Brexit done", etc.
 
Dr who is a alien, last time I looked James bond was a fella, but its good to see him concentrating on the important stuff rather than people drowning in the channel, MPs 2nd jobs, sleeze and corruption etc.

Wait a minute. The last wave of Tory sleaze came after Mrs Thatcher, who may have been a woman, was no longer in charge and this one has ramped up post Theresa May.

Or there was no crime at all, which doesn't explain how The Krays were able to become a role model for boys.

Yeah I'm also sick to death of hearing video games and music blamed for the violence that occurs in day to day life. Violence in the community is hardly a brand new thing, it's been going on since humans began living together. Hell there are examples of it in the animal kingdom too. The difference in the human element of it all is the severe lack of deterrents AND also a result of poor upbringing wether that be from poor education, bad home lives or a mixture.
