Just to give the Ticket office some praise . Couple of games ago I could not attend a game so wanted to give my mate my season ticket . Transferred it ok digitally and everything seemed ok , but he still had not received it by the Thursday , rang ticket office and they made him a paper ticket which he collected on Match day , and we won

They are a decent bunch and we shouldn't blame for the ticket system problems(of which I regularly experience).

The staff aren’t the problem. They will help in any way they reasonably can.
