Hi,Fair enough. I haven’t seen the Lodgers forecasts that the spend next year will be less… I assume they must indicate there will be a significant drop in the number of new children requiring care compared to previous years.
But i'm sure he said on this thread that he expected the number of children requiring care to INCREASE in the coming year(s)??
I said the council are looking to reduce costs per looked after child. Which if successful would mean a saving.
Also in my opinion, looking at the cost of living crisis and if it gets any worse, it wouldn't surprise me if the numbers increase rather than decrease-I guess that would be a common sense look at it when all things are considered?
