Today's Ref

He’s let them niggle away for the first 30 mins and as soon as we give a bit back all hell breaks loose. He’s had his chance to get the game under control and has now caused himself a problem
 
I can see him giving them a penalty in the second half if they get anywhere near our box.

They must love him, he is an absolute joke, he obviously knows all the rules but hasn’t got a clue about what is going on and what they are doing.

And people say refs aren’t bad in this league

That was truly appalling they have controlled him all game.

You got that right. it doesn’t matter when they give the first yellow to a keeper, they never give a second. They sometimes accidentally give a second yellow for time wasting to an outfield player when they get confused, or if the second offence is within a minute and they’re taking the proverbial but never to a keeper.
 
The players themselves never seem to get too angry about time wasting, it usually comes from fans. It’s almost as if the players expect it and understand that it’s going to happen. The only Boro player I can remember going mad at a ref for time wasting recently was Sol Bamba and I think he got booked for that!?
 
Was infuriating how he seemed to blow for a foul every time one of their players fell to the ground.

I couldn't understand why he stopped play during the 1st half when one of their players was down as well. I didn't think it was a head injury?
