Well good luck lads, the first 378 strike days have made absolutely zero difference, but I'm sure day 379 is the one that'll have bosses bending over to give you what you want.

Just get the tube from st pancras.
They shouldn't be on strike.
On the last Saturday strike there looked to be no trains back from kings cross after about 4 pm.

I've booked a hotel for the Cardiff game and a train back the next morning, so I'm **** out of luck there too

Might be easier to get a ticket now as all those who can’t go 5 mins without a drink/vape won’t bother.
Go on the coach anyway and support those who run them

Yes, you can get the Metropolitan Line to Watford or the TfL Overground to Watford High Street from Euston.

That does not mean they are wrong to strike. Its about lots of other things and not just money. The closure of ticket offices is a massive part of what they are fighting for.

public anger should be directed at the transport minister who has refused to meet or speak to ASLEF since December 2022

And do you think the minister will change his mind and react differently to this strike than every other one? If not, what's the point of it?

I think the minister will be rubbing his hands at another chance to shift the blame for the country's woes onto the unions - or as he'll probably put it, "the leftie woke union cronies that bankroll Starmer's attempts to undermine Britain"
