Transferring a season ticket

Gutted I’m missing a few upcoming games with my new job…especially the Sunderland game 😭😭😭
Am I able to transfer my ticket to a friend or relative or is it just easier just to lend them it… it’s someone I trust but just the logistics of them getting it…
 
That's what I did recently i.e got my mate to pick up a printed ticket ,although it plenty of time they did say they could post it out to him
