Trivia Question

Great question!

If you mean lowest score for a team I'll go 6-6.

If you mean lowest total number of goals I'll go 7-3.

Total guesses!

Nobody has it right yet, but the article goes on to ask the same question for not just the Premier League, but leagues in any country. I would think it would be very hard to verify this though.

I was out as soon as the words 'Premier League' came in.

Ditto, but here's one specially for you from the same article. There are 6 players to have almost done this including one Boro player, (EDIT he didn't do it when playing for Boro - it surprised me) but only one player has done it in the correct order ie left foot, right foot and header.

Who has scored a perfect ‘German’ hat-trick?

“A hat-trick in Germany is all three goals, uninterrupted, in the same half. A different feat altogether to the perfect English hat-trick of left-footed goal, right-footed goal, headed goal. It got me thinking, are there any examples of a player scoring a perfect perfect hat-trick [or is perfect ‘German’ hat-trick better? – Knowledge Ed]? Three goals, uninterrupted, in the same half and scored with left foot, then right foot and then a header?” asks Alec Austin.

Im thinking 10-0 seems quite unique but 10 goals often (relatively speaking) happens. I think j Man Utd won 9-1 once and I think they drew 5-5 with West Brom. 11 goals seems plausible as I can imagine there has been 6-5 game and. So it’s probably a game containing 12 or 13 goals and I’ll say 13 goals seems unlikely as I don’t remember any 7-6/8-5/9-4 score lines and a game may well have finished 7-5.

I'll go 7-2. Seems a pretty unusual scoreline to me.

I like quizzes, I really do.
But If I don’t know the answer and can’t make an educated guess I want to know it without googling.
This isn’t my ‘educated guess’ speciality

How long to I wait on here?

There's enough information on this thread to find the source which will tell you the answer (the Graun). To be fair to them, they haven't restricted it to the Premier League, but I'd argue with them as to what constitutes the lowest score.
