if you impose any restrictions they have to be fairly instantaneous. No use saying after the weekend, just to give you all time to get hammered and hug each other we’re going to do x y and z.

Of course you are right and there are selfish people in all age groups. But it's not me saying it's the younger generation spreading it, it's the experts.

There’s already talk of the Christmas lockdown, with Christmas Day off so people can still meet up with their families etc. Probably because they know people will anyway.

What I find frustrating is that if the information and rules were clear from day one and if everyone had followed them (enforced or not) then we would now be talking about a handful of cases that would be manageable and we would have some sort of normal daily life.

Far too many have been selfish and irresponsible since March 23rd and that’s why we continue to have restrictions imposed on us.
