Two weeks until the Six Nations

Great win by Ireland. They must fancy another Championship and Grand Slam now.

I must say it helps when your national team is effectively a club side. Plus some of your best players are not even Irish.

Yeah they looked so strong didn't they. Worrying for the rest of us. France in francel should have been their hardest match.

The foreign players thing is a tough one isn't it. Especially for Engkand fans as we've had our fair share

It is, but it wasn’t fair of me to state it really. Ireland are a fantastic team and have a great set up. Credit to them for creating that. It’s going to take a big performance from someone to stop them again this year.
 
Agreed. And not sure who can? Us and Scotland are certainly capable of stepping up for a single match and taking on anyone but it's none of the teams seem like they will be capable of 5 consistent matches. Ireland look like they may be

England at Twickenham probably the only game that might stop them. Scotland are quality but I can’t see them winning in Dublin.
 
Love the six nations but England Italy always seems like such an anti climax as it’s just a gimme.

The fact it’s in Rome might spice
it up a bit though
 
Hard to gauge how good either of these two really are we’ll only know once they both face more credible opposition next round..

We are a young side in transition that have looked a lot better second half but was that Italy tiring.

Lots of questions remain that should ge a lot clearer after we face Wales.
 
Really poor finish from England there. Terrible scrum penalty to give away. They went from looking to score a try to conceding one.

Italy look dangerous when in possession, but second half England kept the ball off them. Encouraging performance from Italy but yet again unsure of England. On the plus side, Freeman, Roots and Cunningham-Smith look like international players.
 
Missed the game. Dis Chandler C-S do OKthen? He was epic last year for Irish but I honestly didn't see him as international standard yet

A really good cover tackle and nice break. He added power along with Roots. Italy were good first half but England defence much better second and they really should have won by more, even though it wasn’t a convincing performance.
