What makes you think they wont get 2028?
The rumours were that UEFA had guaranteed us Euro 2028 if we withdrew our bid for the 2030 World Cup.
That's not changed.

Its UEFA of course but I get your pointI was actually going to sarcastically suggest a Russian bid, until I saw this.
To be fair everyone knows FIFA can be bribed, so it's not so far fetched is it.
I only mentioned three stadiums in England and did say there were many others than would want to be considered. I would feel it would go on regions i.e if Spurs got one I don't feel like Arsenal would and so on around the country.Spurs and Arsenal both have better stadiums?
Italy have designs on 2032 - Turkey I think have as good a chance as UK of getting 2028. It will be interesting to see which way UEFA go.The rumours were that UEFA had guaranteed us Euro 2028 if we withdrew our bid for the 2030 World Cup.

You are allowed to disagree. We shall see later in the week.Disagree.
I'm 99% certain it's going to the UK and Ireland.

Ok I misread the OPs initial post as "official announcement later this week". He just meant our bid announcement I guess. They don't announce the hosts of both Euro 2028 and 2032 until September 2023.
I think you're right, I can't see three London stadiums being used, they'd want to spread it across the UK.I only mentioned three stadiums in England and did say there were many others than would want to be considered. Of course, UEFA are the Michael Corleone, to FIFA's Don Vito CorleoneIts UEFA of course but I get your point
They do but they are both based in London.Spurs and Arsenal both have better stadiums?
It was a few daft lads getting out of hand. They won't get near again.I used to think it would be great for us to get another major tournament after 2012 Olympics and Euro 96, but after last year’s Euro final fiasco am not so sure now.

Well that gives 18 months for parties to go through the process. If you suggest there has been some kind of "backdoor agreement" to giving it to UK for withdrawing from the WC 2028 then I assume UEFA will communicate this to Turkey so they don't waste too much time and money putting together their bid.
