Unusual cars you like

This was a car I had rebuilt. 1965.5 mustang convertible. I found it 20 years after I sold it.Screenshot_20191220-045900.png

I am a BMW fan, but I love the Nissan Cube. I love the quirkiness of it, I bet its really easy to get in and out of, as a 6 foot 2 100kg bloke that appeals. My car is **** for that.

I bet you whack a bike in it easy, and its nailed asymmetrical styling - something the Discovery failed.
Another cube fan here. Just for the quirky looks. It's uncool cool

I had my first driving lessons in one of these. Three speed column change gears, handbrake to the drivers right- seriously running out of puff by 50mph. I'd be interested to drive one again for pure nostalgia purposes....

A Lancia Beta - I hated it as much as loved it. When it worked it was utterly effortless and the first car I had I would say was luxurious. When it didnt work it was too feckin frequent.

That Lancia had a tilted transverse engine, front and rear disc breaks and dohc engine too. I serviced one around 1982 and the had tw atted the rear bumper , which had had 2 built in break lights and was an usual matt black, it cost£ 300 from Euro parts Brunswick st Stockton. More expensive than Jaguar parts.

Every petrol head loved the 280z, surely? It was very exotic looking for the time. Also wasn't there a kitcar made form a chopped up 280z that modified a few panels and voila, you have a ferrari?

Just looked the kit car thing up, yup you could make a Ferrari 250 GTO replica.

My favourite fantasy car was the Jensen Interceptor III but for insanity this one had it - a tiny MGB with a 3.5 litre V8 engine,

That is sweet! Loads of power - not much stopping power :D

I had a BGT back in the day - Had it rebuilt and spent a lot of money that I didn't really have. It was a lovely motor though. I loved the overdrive switch on the gear stick
