Vagabon’s newest single is a rendition of Carousel ballad “If I Loved You” from the soundtrack to new film Red, White & Royal Blue. “I wanted to preserve the melodic information that makes this song from the 1945 Rodgers & Hammerstein musical “Carousel” so special, while reimagining the instrumentation and arrangement,” Vagabon says.
