Usyk beats Fury up and knocks him out

Just can't see it going down any other way if that fight happens now. Watched the fight again from last night and Usyk is devestating when he starts to let his hands go. Dubois is said to be up there with Wilder as the hardest hitting heavyweight. To see Usyk just walk him down and reel off combinations on him is very impressive.

The thing with Fury is that he's not as light on his feet as Dubois and doesn't punch anywhere near as well. Usyk will land what he wants - when he wants with Fury. The caveat is, if they fight - when will it be? Fury's best hope will be not to box Usyk but to turn it into a wrestling match. At the moment, Usyk has the best feet and stamina in the division, not to mention skill. But at some point in the not too distant future, Usyk will likely begin to slow down. Fury will only go in the ring with an aging 70% Usyk. He'd have no chance chasing a Prime Usyk down. That's why he's stayed well away thus far.
 
I agree, everyone seems to think that because he was all over Wilder like a rash, using his weight to tire him out, he'll be able to do the same to Usyk. When in reality it was easy to due as Wilder is an absolutely terrible boxer. Usyk on the other hand, has unbelievable boxing skills and ring craft. Fury isn't the biggest of hitters and Usyk has shown he can take a punch. We also know he struggled against Cunningham, albeit it was a while ago. So it'll be a chess match in which I think Usyk will win.
 
Good bigun beats a good littleun? That's what I've thought until now and no reason to change after the other night. Joshua hurt Usyk in the first fight and Fury is levels above Joshua. I agree Usyk is the more skilful but Fury's size, reach and ability to avoid being hit would probably see him win on points. I don't claim to be a boxing buff so it's just an interested watchers view.

One thing which surprises me is I'd likely want Usyk to win now Fury has turned into an absolute knob, not to mention his cartoon character embarrassment of a father. I'm usually all patriotic for the Brits and may well be if it comes around, but I like Usyk and it's how I feel at the mo.
 
I've always been a fan of both fighters for what they do inside the ring, I'm not a fan of Fury's antics outside the ring. There would be something really satisfying about seeing Usyk knocking Fury out though, I could see him outworking and outboxing Fury but I don't see him knocking Fury out. I can also see a Fury win if he turns it into a really dirty fight, people always talk about Fury getting dropped by Steve Cunningham but they don't mention how that fight ended. Fury just man handled him and clubbed him to the ground.
 
Can only see a Fury win myself ,Dubois is nothing special at all a limited Joyce showed us that .
I actually thought UYSK would have stopped him by the mid away point .
Fury too big and clever and beats UYSK in a rather boring fight .
 
It's all hypothetical of course. It wouldn't suprise me if they never actually fight.

Was that his below the belt punch to the bladder or him just being zoned out for the count after being legitimately knocked down?

In order for that to happen though, they have to sign contracts first.

It’s been signed, Warren, Krassyuk have both put statements out.

I agree this is heavyweight boxing though and there’s a lot can happen but it’s a huge step in the right direction.
 
We'll see if it happens this time. Seems very quick for Fury to get himself back in the ring after Ngannou to happen on the 23rd December. More likely to be January.

It's the closest it's ever been so fingers crossed.

Very clever by Fury announcing this just before Ngannou though. Trying to get get people back on side just before his circus. I'm still sceptical that this fight happens.
 
Forgive me for my ignorance, but haven't we been through all this before only to have it fall through?

We want the fight to happen. Like we wanted the Fury AJ fight to happen. Will it actually happen?
