Vegas Baby (F1 this weekend)

I can't believe they "kicked" the fans out prior to a heavily delayed FP2.
All that money and razzmatazz and they hold free practice 2 in front of empty stands.
Wow!

American sports for you. All about the show rather than the actual sport. Not one of them is entertaining.

F1 has been a joke for a few years now.

Imagine how the fans must feel. You've paid over $1000 to watch f1. The first session you got to look at people repairing a manhole and the second session you weren't allowed to watch. Money well spent

Mental isn’t it? Seems very unfair. If they appeal is it to someone other than the stewards? If so I wonder if this will be changed. If it isn’t changed it’s pretty shocking as surely it is the stewards job to provide a safe race track!
Yeah it doesn't seem right. I've heard rumours that Toto Wolff was the team principle blocking their appeal? Not sure how true that is but he's having a strange one this weekend. Defending the incident and getting really animated when people explain how badly it's going. I wonder if he's been given Domenicallis job? I van see no other reason he'd so strongly defend liberty

Who knows. I expected him to be buying Man Utd with Sir Jim!

Really unfair on Sainz that and the treatment of the fans which is being reported is poor.
Hope it all picks up for the weekend.

Owners are killing F1, in a few years we will be racing on tracks like Vegas and Miami but Spa will be gone.

Track looks shocking. No grip and likely no overtaking, sure the stewards will be throwing red flags and safety cars for anything they can to create some excitement

The ones spending the big money who turn up for the race and nothing else won’t be bothered. Actual fans who turn up to see some racing have been shafted

It really psses me off. Tracks like Spa are the things that make F1 great. After turn 1, that huge up hill.. just perfect

I’ve driven Spa, on a track day. Unbelievable circuit. You do not appreciate how steep Eau Rouge is and that blind summit at Raidillon really is something else. I think I nudged 150 down the Kemmel straight. Too busy hanging on to be sure!

Bit of a mixed up grid for the race with Leclerc on pole but both Williams cars in the top ten and will start fifth and sixth with Carlos,s 10 place grid penalty. Max then second with Russel third.
