Vets on Teesside taking on new pets?

Neighbours cat limping quite badly - not an emergency but they are needing it looked at as it's gone on for a while.
They qualify for PDSA but too complicated to download the 'evidence' - so they just want a vet to look at it , and they'll pay the fee
Anyone know of any vets who might register and see fairly much straight away?
Stockton would be their first choice - but anywhere on Teesside really , as it's needing help.

Try Vets4Pets on Durham Rd. They are really friendly when I have had to step in and take my son's dog there. The nurses will have a look at it first and usually no charge unless a vet gets involved.

If you ring up say your a new customer but have an emergency most vets will squeeze you in you might have to ring two maybe three but one of them will see you/them
