Is this possible, I have tried various ways.

Through download it says the browser needs updating?

Through google play, it says unavailable.

I have tried through Amazon Silk to open Go in the browser but when I try to log in it directs to a blocked URL page.

what a faff on, isn’t anything simple these days??

I've seen some posts in the past on various websites suggest it is but i've never managed to finish the job on my Nvidia Shield before. But you'd need to get an APK from somewhere and sideload it onto the Firestick. It's not officially supported as they do everything they can to stop you using something which isn't considered a mobile device as they're worried people wouldn't get multi-room if they could just use Go on a box. It's supposed to even block HDMI out too.

Also I imagine you'd need either a mouse or some app that supports a fake one as it would probably be touch enabled and wouldn't work with a remote.

Did you try it in the end? Got around to doing it last night on my Nvidia Shield - should probably be about the same process using a Fire Stick. Controlling it is a bit fiddly at time as you need to use an app on your phone to give the feeling of a mouse / touchscreen.

Incase you haven't. The steps for me

1) Install Downloader.
2) Once you have the browser installed inside Downloader - visit this site for the APK and download the APK. https://apkfab.com/virgin-tv-go/com.lgi.virgintvgo
3) Install it via Downloader
4) Open it up which may be tricky on the fire as I don't know if it will install a shortcut. I have to open it using the Nvidia Shield Remote app.
5) Log in and control using some kind of app you'd have to find on your phone that allows you to operate your fire using a touchpad.

Going to give this a try tonight! I've only recently got Virgin TV recently and was googling how to do this, but every step by step didn't have the actual APK link!

Edit* Just downloaded it on the fire stick and it works! Had to download a mouse toggle though, it's a bit fiddly, but more than useable.
