Warnock blanked Leo right at the end

I’ve never been convinced that he offers much. Warnock gives the impression he has been asked to keep him on.
No room for sentiment in a professionally run football club where money is tight and needs to be spent wisely.

Leo has a great job. Basically paid to be a supporter, and actually gets to go to the games!

Of course he's a fringe figure, it's been obvious from the beginning of the season - I even posted exactly that on here. However, it does not mean that Warnock blanked him last night, he simply didn't.
 
Leo leads the warm ups on the pitch before matches. Supervises substitutions. And is part of the coaching setup at the training ground.
 
He might not be at the front line when it comes to the 90 minutes, but you can bet he spends a lot of time with the players during training, in their ear, putting an arm around them. I'm glad he's no longer known for being a menace on the touch line to be honest.
 
Don't see a problem with Leo if Gibbo wanted to keep him on. Its his club after all. I'm not sure what the other two jokers bring to the party apart from being Warnocks old mates. But then everybody needs someone to bounce their ideas off. I think if he goes they will go. God forbid that one of them should step up should he retire.

Why are they ‘jokers’?
 
I think Blackwell and Jepson are trusted and are involved in team selection, tactics etc. They both have extensive knowledge and experience. They're hardly "jokers".
