He couldn’t wait to get on the radio last night and make it look like he didn’t know this was coming. He let it slip he’s knew about it for 2/3 weeks and if he is massively clashing with the club and he was only here until season end anyway then it makes complete sense for the club to make a change as it sounds like Gibson is gonna spend a bit in January so why do that with a manager who will be off regardless.

Warnock served his purpose and did reasonably well in the circumstances but I have no doubt he will spin everything to make him look like the good guy and everyone else like the bad guy. It’s the right decision and let’s hope Wilder is the right man to take the club forward.

Warnock either works or he doesn't. That might sound a little obvious but while I've no doubt he'd continue to be a competent enough manager for us he's not known for galvanising a team once things have fallen flat. He's the man who comes in, creates a buzz and rides the wave, sometimes to promotion. Once that has dissipated or doesn't fully materialise in the future it's only a matter of time.

I find it odd that the players seemed to show such affection to him when he's been undermined by them privately and they've not done the job on the pitch for him.

I think he's an addict and he'll keep taking jobs as long as his health allows it, he'll always want to finish on a high but whenever he's on a high he won't retire. Such is the nature of the beast.

Not sure Wilder is the man and surprised we didn't wait for Farke but I'll back him and at the very least I'm intrigued.

I think Wilder is much more impressive than Farke personally.

He can spout as much as he likes as it’s tomorrow’s fish and chip paper . The BBC barely gave it a mention and I’m sure the football world couldnt give two hoots
