Yes that is something the Club should be held up for as great example of an employer!

Thought it was a class interview. You can see why players love playing for him. He's just upbeat and treats them like adults.

I always loved listing to him when he was with other clubs.

He mentioned its hard to get players in but didn't make excuses and seems to understand the climate. Its nice to have a 'high profile' manager who gets on sky and talksport.

I'm not sure that's strictly true though is it? The majority of the academy staff were furloughed for a start. Unless he's just meaning 'first team' staff?
