If you're doing it on your phone, use 4G rather than WiFi and it should work.

There seems to be a bug in the system right now that's making the ticketing not work on certain WiFi networks.

Be interesting how big the gap is in segregating away fans. Was ridiculously wide last season. 27k is good. Shows the optimism around. The club atm

Possibly not as big, as half of blocks 54 and 55 are now on sale in the south. They are the last full blocks before the away corner starts.
The more in the south the better, for atmosphere.
(Block 55 has just been released, due to demand for the south, presumably)

OK,

I've consulted Glasper: "Middlesbrough A complete Record 1876-1989", THE book for statistics and records for the Boro. Although obviously its 33 years out of date now.

So, 27K would be the 3rd highest opening day home crowd for Boro outside the top flight. The biggest since that Charlon game in 97-98.

The only other, and biggest opening day home crowd, was 58-59 when we beat Brighton 9-0, Cloughy scoring 5, with 32,367 watching on at a jam packed Ayresome.

It wouldn't have been that packed, the capacity was 53,000 or so back then.
