Britain’s Conservative government says the party does not plan to give back 10 million pounds it received in the past year from a donor who made comments that have been condemned as racist.
A spokesman for the couple said the move was part of a "consensual process" which would allow them to "prove their innocence more quickly" following allegations surrounding government contracts for personal protective equipment (PPE) during the pandemic.
