Well that was fun wasn’t it

Against Wigan, it was clear to see how unbalanced the team was. Smith at RB with Jones ahead of him seemed to be doing OK but Giles looked so isolated at LB it was frightening. The lad genuinely didn't seem to know what to do so ended up almost lingering about in our half. Thankfully a brilliant second half performance got us out the mud. Then again today, the exact same thing happened. The lad is absolutely wasted there. I reckon Jones, although hit and miss today, looks far more dangerous now he doesn't have to think about defending as much. Should have been Bola LB with Giles in front for me. Makes no sense at all.

Bola was awful when he came on and totally bottled it toward the final whistle, didn’t want the ball and when he got it,he just passed it back.

Surely if we all can see the problem the coaching staff can also? Our best crosser of the ball is now hesitant to cross the half-way line.

The limitations on our squad make it a really easy choice I think.

You play Steffen and a back 4 with Bola and Dijksteel at full back and lenihan and fry as CB.

Two holders. Howson and Mowat I guess

Muniz up front, he’s the best one we have.

3 behind him with Giles and Jones either side and probably McGree or Hackney in the 10.

They will all suit it, understand it and it gets our best players on natural positions.

Dead easy. Still might be **** but at least it has a chance of working.

This makes a lot of sense to me.

Very thin margins! I thought we created some good chances first half, it felt a bIt like first half was more suited to Muniz and the second half to Akpom. Hackney was unlucky not to get a start.. I’m still not convinced by Mowett.

Two or three handballs, a blatant push in the box on Watmore.. these are the decisions we look at when things haven’t went out way.

Steffen was competent and took care of what was thrown his way. A scrappy point.. but a point none the less. 7 points from 5 is a good return from a standing start having struggled to average 1 point per game.

The introduction of Grant Leadbitter to the bench was a welcome addition. Matt Clarke although injured was supporting his team and even supporting the kids at half time taking penalties. What a guy!

Let’s dry our eyes from those crocodile tears.. we are back on our fit and on the up. Gibson is backing the club to a standard usually only afforded to the billionaire class. New manager on the horizon, reportedly to be announced on Monday either with René Meulensteen & Alex Bruce or Leo snd Grant.. or both? It’s another exciting bee chapter.

A solid point against a basketcase/injured animal type match. Very unpredictable and inconsistent. If we can keep this level of consistency with gradual improvement we should be safe from the drop.

Disappointing referees, officials, linesman.. yet again and very much deserving of boos and shouting from the crowd!!

Marcus Forss.. expected to see a bit more from him today.

If we get and score the penalty for the foul on Watmore at the end of the first half we probably go on to win convincingly. We got a bit of good luck on Wednesday, but Huddersfield seemed to get most of it today with ref's decisions and balls dropping to their defenders in their penalty area that could have gone anywhere. I'm not saying we were good, we were dreadful, but our luck and a few decisions were the difference between one point and three.

Gibbo's deffo shagging several mams in the area it appears.
