West Brom Away

Anyone going to West Brom (Birmingham) on the train Cross Country have called a strike for that day.

Others like LNER and Northern still running and TPE if they can be arsed.

Where did you find this info? Train companies don't usually go on strike, it's the union members, doesn't sound quite right.

We are getting a mini bus sorted for it.

Maybe not much use for others, but last year I went from my home in Liverpool to Birmingham by coach, then got the tram from there to The Hawthorns. Worked out easier, cheaper and quicker than the train.

Should have reworded it “there is strike action taking place on Cross country”

I usually get train and tram and it cost me about £23 return (from Welsh borders)

I may have to take the car, there is some street parking if I can get there by 1pm or pay £5.

Gutted. Getting coach now. Would have been going to Indian brewery co at snow hill. It’s fantastic
