What’s the Paddy Situation?

Surely he’s in the top 3 best CB’s we have (not including Lenihan due to injury).

He was in good form prior to his injury and not had a sniff since his return.

Has he told the club he’s off so not playing him? Doesn’t seem to make sense given our defensive frailties. Suits Carricks style a lot more the Clarke.

Haven't got a clue and its doubly confusing because when he was out of form for a period last season Carrick stuck by him for quite a while

Probably money. We could used him to fill a number of positions this season

he is running his contract down for a biggish move in the summer as a free agent ... my guess he could have gone Jan but waiting until his contract ends on high wages which he would not have got if he had moved ... MC therefore not wanting to play him

I also think there could also be some rotation as we have 4 fit players for 2 positions at present.
