What a beauty - Rare Boro team postcard 1904 v Man City FAC replay

I see the Right Half for Man City that day was Billy Meredith, one of the footballing superstars of the day. Played whilst chewing on a toothpick.
 
Great photograph that, I notice there are nearly as many hangers on in suits as players?

Brilliant photos and the two things I take away from them are that our management structure was probably a bit top heavy and we were playing Chris Wilder's lauded overlapping centre back system.

Maybe he wasn't so revolutionary after all.
 
Wouldn't touch that - looks snide and moody to me - far too clean and thought out (will appeal to a global man city as well) - modern technology creating aged items
