What do you mainly have on your chips?

I prefer my chips to be accompanied by sounds rather than flavours.

If they're morning chips I might prefer the invigorating sound of arguing chimps.

Evening chips; maybe something more relaxing like a slowly mooing cow or a contemplative hen.

There’s been a trend for loaded fries now for some time. Even shops are specialising in it including an Indian down here. Fries loaded with curries.

The Canadian dish poutine which is flavoured gravies on chips have started to open takeaways as well.

Typical poutines.

Chippy - salt and vinegar with curry sauce

Chinese - gravy

Home - Mayo and Nandos sauce

Obviously the true sauce is gravy, but it's very hit and miss from the places I go and the granules I use.
Good gravy stands alone though.

Just looked in a mirror

Go to choice is always salt and vinegar, lots and lots of vinegar. But it often seems to me that Chippies buy ether cheap vinegar or water it down so I will often go with curry sauce. Tomato sauce if I've been before and don't like their curry sauce.

Love loaded chips with cheese and sriracha sauce, the spicier the better.
