I love Chipotle Sauce / Mayo.

Very few supermarkets seem to do it. I found some online but it was awful. Really thick and sweet with little spice to it.

So at the weekend, I got some Chipotle Paste. I whizzed it up with some Mayo, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Smoked Paprika, Seasoning and a touch of Tomato Purée. It was absolutely banging on some pulled chicken wraps I done tonight.

Beyond that, I love the Sauce Shop condiments. I’ve had various BBQ and Mustard style ones. All very nice if you like that type of thing.

I ate/drank a load this Saturday at Central Park. First time I’d eaten there in 20 years. Enjoyed it.

Hot sauces already mentioned are commonly used.

Honestly it entirely depends on what I'm eating but I enjoy garlic sauce/mayo and hot sauces with almost everything.
