What's happened to licorice allsorts?

Vivid colours and a weird soft texture? Why?

Plus, I bought a Snickers last week and it was about half the size it used to be.

Aldi's own brand liquorice allsorts are closer to how I remember them than Barrets. (Lidl's are shight though)

Yes. They are miles nicer than the big ones with coconut in that seem to dominate the packs.
