Used or part worn? No one will buy used tyres that are only good for fly tipping.

Put them on Facebook marketplace or gumtree. If they are cheap enough someone will take them.

We had some nearly new ones when gf handed her old bow back and it needed runflats putting on, sold them on fb marketplace. Took a bit to sell but eventually they did, just had them in the garage and refreshed the listing now and then
