They've played at Wembley in back to back Conference Premier play-off Finals, losing both.

For the same reason you were including non-Championship playoffs I suppose. Because they are relevant.
You suggested Luton would sell their allocation of tickets as a play-off final at Wembley is new to them (let alone a Championship play-off).

Actually could very well be true in Luton's case too.
They have it capped at 7,000 season ticket holders in a 10,000 seater stadium, and there usually 1,000 away fans.
So there are 2,000 tickets per match this season that are up for sale, and I'd bet many of them would go to the same people each time.

When you said play-off final I should have realised you were only referring to play-off finals that included play-off finals you were referring to.
